Ingredients
- 2 10 3/4-ounce cans Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 10-ounce can Hormel® Chunk Breast of Chicken, drained
- 1 cup Hormel® Real Crumbled Bacon
- 1 cup medium salsa, drained
- 6 8-inch flour tortillas, cut into wedges
- Olive oil
- Green onions
- Bacon
Directions
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- In large saucepan, stir together soup, chicken, bacon and salsa over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring frequently, 5 to 7 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Meanwhile, brush tortilla wedges with oil and place on baking sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until crisp.
- Garnish warm dip with sliced green onions and addtional bacon, if desired. Serve with baked tortilla chips.
