Ingredients
- 1 (14-ounce) can chopped artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 cup HORMEL® Pepperoni, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
Directions
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Spoon into 1-quart baking dish or ramekin; cover.
- Bake appetizer 30 to 35 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
- Serve warm on garlic bread.
